This is the message Georgette Frazer will bring to the Roaract…program at the University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County. (Rotaract, sponsored by Rotary International, is a service club for people ages 18-30. The clubs are designed for young adults to develop professional skills and address the needs of their communities through service projects.)
