Money Habitudes in Person:  Syble's Presentations

Syble's Money Habitudes workshops and presentations offer a unique, engaging, relevant way to address the difficult and taboo topic of our relationship with money. She begins with the message that understanding our money habitudes allows us to take control of our money and our lives. When it comes to money, our habits and attitudes can either support or sabotage our life, relationship, career and financial goals. By understanding the power of subconscious habits and attitudes, we can overcome the habitudes that limit us and maximize the habitudes that work toward achieving our goals and dreams.

A Journey of Discovery About Money and Finance
Through her presentations - whether speeches or in-depth workshops - Syble helps people discover the role money plays in their lives. She looks at how their Money Habitudes formed and what they can do about it if they want to make changes. Each presentation is specific to the audience and examples are used to help individuals use the information in their own life or work. Workshops are also available to train professionals to use the cards with their clients.

The Audience: An Interactive Experience
Syble's audiences range from small groups of less than a dozen participants to large conferences. In all settings, she interacts with the group and finds ways for them to personally connect to their Money Habitudes. Syble's currently most popular audiences include:

Professionals, entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals and consultants - help them understand how their own habits and attitudes about money support or sabotage their career, impact their relationship with clients and influence whether they will be successful in achieving their business and financial goals. For example, how do habits and attitudes about money affect the way they charge for their products or services, or the way they develop their marketing plan or a fundraising campaign?

Financial Advisors - help them quickly and effectively assess risk-taking behavior, develop rapport, build trust, engage in productive conversations with individuals and gain insight into how couples may complement or conflict when managing and investing money.

Financial Educators and Counselors - help them and their clients identify the messages and triggers that lead to budgeting success or failure. The cards are effective with individuals, couples or groups in private or class settings when teaching money management skills such as budgeting and credit and debt management.

Educators Teaching Financial Literacy to Teens or Adults - go beyond numbers and budgets and help students understand the hidden messages that influence their behavior regarding money.

Business consultants - work with partners and executive teams who are starting or expanding a business and determining long-term strategic goals.

Pre-marital and couples' counselors and educators -  provide a way to communicate without judgment and identify the underlying issues when people are arguing about money.

Therapists, Counselors, and Coaches -  discover the relationship between clients’ money habitudes and their choices relating to their careers, relationship and other life issues.

Life and transition therapists, counselors and coaches - discover how one's relationship with money can be a metaphor for one's relationship with life issues since money can represent control, power, vulnerability, status, etc.

Organizations or groups wanting to offer their members an engaging, fun presentation that can help them take more control of their life and their personal finances.

Results: A Definitive Outcome
Everyone will leave with at least one new idea that is relevant to him or her. For some people, that may be seeing something from a new perspective. For others, it may be a specific action they will take. Professionals will leave knowing how to effectively use Money Habitudes with their clients.
